Something I've learned through grief and therapy is that there is nothing silly about the way anyone grieves because every relationship is unique, in turn every grief experience is different. So I wouldn't call this idea or any idea about grief "silly".

This is such a lovely idea. I wish I had this in my back pocket when I was younger (My dad passed when I was 8) but I might actually try this?
