I love your thoughts surrounding how ego can limit our potential. I’m currently in a season of my personal running journey where I’m trying to lean into curiosity over ego. It’s such a more freeing way to live, but what if as an extra bonus it’s also a faster way to run?
Absolutely. The ability to channel an open mind under duress is powerful. Pressure can get us there, but performing only in search of relief often leads people astray from what I've seen.
